Labour and birth doulas provide continuous physical, emotional and informational support to mothers, and their families, before, during and shortly after childbirth to help them achieve the  healthiest, most satisfying experience possible. Learn More.

With your experience in mind, every family is paired with a team of two birth doulas! Having two doulas allows family support to begin immediately, without any on-call restrictions. Together we can guarantee our presence and unwavering support throughout your childbirth journey!

THE BIRTH DOULA PACKAGE

• An obligation free initial consultationA team of 2 doulas, on-call immediately

• 2 in-person prenatal visits, one with each Birth Doula. We want to get to know you, your family, and your birth preferences!

• A group chat to answer your pregnancy related questions

• UNLIMITED evidence based resource informationcontinuous support for you, and your partner, by the on-call Doula

• Breastfeeding assistance immediately following birth, as needed

• Photographs or videotape of labour, birth and/or new baby

• 1 postpartum follow-up visit, with your Birth Doulas together
