At Joyful Xpectations, I custom design prenatal classes to fit your time constraints and tailor one-on-one sessions specific to your individual needs.
Together we will explore the many faces of birth options and help you to confidently prepare for this historical event!
Class content includes information on pregnancy, labour, comfort techniques, birth positions, delivery, breastfeeding/human milk feeding, postpartum and newborn care.
You have the option to learn in the comfort of your home or in our classroom setting.
